This was taken yesterday morning from the Spring Garden Street bridge. At that time of the morning, traffic is pretty light so it isn't too dangerous and you can find parking not too far away. I was using my ND10 filter to make some longer exposures; trying to capture the movement in the clouds and water. Despite having a very stable tripod, thanks to a trash truck crossing the bridge towards the end of the exposure, I also seemed to capture a little motion in the buildings as well...Hope you enjoy today's image...
