Another from my frigid sunset outing on Friday night...Again, I cannot stress enough the importance of looking behind you when you are shooting sunrise or sunset images. The deep shadow is caused by the ridge line of trees across the lake on it's Western border. The last rays of the Sun where just touching the brow of the hill and the those two trees behind where I was set up.
